Great to read your 20 year young posting. A significant component that carried the business though those 20 years has been the team. We were very fortunate to be joined by people like you who worked extremely hard and were highly self motivated. No real management required, you identified problems and solved them, identified opportunities and proposed solutions. Going from joining the business part time while at university to owning the business 10 years later is some achievement.
